Welcome to Founders Club, the members' club by Dream to Reality. We care about your privacy and we keep this policy short and readable on purpose. It explains what we collect, why we need it, and the choices you always have.

Who is responsible for your data

Bossbabe Sweden (org. no. 870312-0629), Skvadronsbacken 46, 174 47 Sundbyberg, Sweden, is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@dreamtoreality.se.

What we collect

Your account: name, email address and an encrypted password (or your Google sign-in).
Your profile: anything you choose to add — photo, short bio, business stage, industries, links.
What you share in the club: posts, comments, likes, private messages, event sign-ups and your progress through the content.
Membership and payment records: your tier, membership status, invoice history and, if you pay through a company, company name, organisation number and VAT number for your receipts.
Basic technical data: the secure session that keeps you logged in, and anonymous statistics about how the site is used.

We never ask for and never store your card number. Card details go straight to Stripe.

Why we use it

To give you your membership and everything inside the club (our contract with you).
To take payment, send receipts and keep the bookkeeping required by Swedish law.
To keep the club safe, respectful and working properly (our legitimate interest).
To send you emails about your membership, and club news you have asked for.

Cookies and website statistics

The club uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you securely logged in. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they are not used for advertising.

We also want to understand which of our marketing efforts actually help women find us, so we may use website statistics tools such as Google Analytics on our public pages. These measure things like which page you arrived from and which pages are popular. Where such tools require your consent, you will be asked first and you can decline or withdraw it at any time — the club works exactly the same either way. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers inside the members' area.

Who else sees your data

Only the services we need to run the club, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payments and invoices), our hosting and database provider (where the club runs), and our email provider (account and membership emails). They act on our instructions under data processing agreements. If data is handled outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Other members see what you put in your profile and what you post inside the club. Private messages are visible only to you and the member you are writing to.

How long we keep it

Your account and content stay while you are a member. If you leave, we delete your account data within 12 months, except accounting records, which Swedish law requires us to keep for seven years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, limit how we use it, or object to our use of it. Most things you can change yourself under "Your profile & account". For anything else — including deleting your account completely — email hello@dreamtoreality.se and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Security

Passwords are encrypted, all traffic runs over https, and our database restricts every record to the people allowed to see it. Only Dream to Reality staff with a genuine need can access member data.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, we will tell you inside the club or by email before it takes effect.
